  1. Mix: In a pot, pour the apple cider and add the mulling spices and orange slices.
  2. Boil: Heat and bring to a simmer. Once hot, reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 mins to allow the spices to infuse.
  3. Sweeten:Stir in sugar and continue simmering for a few more minutes.
  4. Strain: mulled cider is to be strained into mugs, garnish with apple slices, and serve warm.

  3. Combine & Mix: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Whisk the batter well until it's smooth.
  4. Heat Skillet:Heat a non-stick griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a little olive oil.
  5. Cook Pancakes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook per side until bubbles begin to form on the surface and the pancake is golden brown. Flip carefully and cook the other side until also golden.

  1. Sauté Aromatics:In a large pot, heat the oil. Add the minced onion, carrots, and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes until softened. Then, add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  2. Add BBQ Spices: Add the Smoky BBQ Rub. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant. 
  3. Combine:Stir in the rinsed red lentils, broth or water. If using, add diced butternut squash or sweet potato now.
  4. Simmer:Bring the soup to a boil, then cover, and simmer for 25-35 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  5. Add Greens: If adding kale or spinach, stir them in during the last 10-12 minutes of cooking until wilted. Remove from heat.
  6. Blend (Optional for Creaminess):For a creamy consistency, carefully use an immersion blender directly in the pot.
  7. Season & Serve:Taste the soup and ladle the hot soup into bowls. For extra texture and flavor, serve with a sprinkle of Himalayan Salt & Pepper Foxnuts.

  1. Prep the Chicken: Clean the chicken thoroughly and pat it very dry with paper towels. Clear the cavity too.
  2. Seasoning:Drizzle olive oil evenly over the chicken. Generously rub the Smoky BBQ Rub all over the chicken, making sure to get inside the cavity as well. You can add a light sprinkle of salt here if you prefer extra saltiness.
  3. Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Roast:Place the seasoned chicken directly in a roasting pan. Arrange onion wedges and smashed garlic cloves around or under the chicken.Roast for up to 1 hour 30 mins.
  5. Rest & Serve:Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This is the easiest way to make BBQ oven roasted chicken.

  2. Put the toasted sesame seeds in a blender or food processor. Grind the sesame to make tahini paste.
  3. Then, stir in olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Blend again to create pleasant tahini sauce to drizzle your tricolor quinoa salad recipe. You can also store it in the fridge for up to a week.
