Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix together graham crackers crumbs, baking soda, cacao powder and flour.
In another bowl, melt the butter in stevia and a pinch of pink salt.
Slowly add the egg yolks and whisk them thoroughly.
Add the flour mixture to it and mix until fully combined.
Press the dough with your hands in a pizza pie pan or baking tray.
Pierce the dough with a fork.
Add the pieces of chocolate bar to it and bake for 8-10 mins.
Sprinkle the remaining graham crumbs and marshmallows and bake for 1-2 mins.
Top the dessert pizza with cinnamon and it is ready to be served!
