  • ¼ tsp basil powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder (optional, for extra flavor)

  • Himalayan black salt to taste (start with ½ tsp for egg like taste)

  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt, to taste

  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, and salt until smooth. You can also blend it in a mixer for an ultra-smooth batter.
