Place the lobster tail shell-side up on a cutting board, with the tail end pointing away from you.
Use kitchen scissors to cut down the center of the shell, stopping before the tail fin.
Gently spread the shell apart and loosen the meat with your fingers or a spoon.
Lift the meat up and rest it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base, now it’s ready to cook!

2 lobster tails, butterflied
4 tbsp melted butter
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Pride of India Lemon Chili Pepper Seasoning (for serving)
Preheat oven to 400°F.Line an oven safe dish with parchment paper.
Prepare the butter sauce. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, seafood seasoning, and Himalayan pink salt.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the prepared butter sauce.
Bake for 10–15 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
Garnish with parsley and sprinkle Lemon Pepper Seasoning for a tangy kick.
