While you have already been experimenting with nachos, here we bring you a new way of making those crisps. This recipe of ours is a tasty twist to the usual Papad Nachos you all know about.
2 Papadum lentil crisps, roasted
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Coriander leaves, handful or parsley leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder, or chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dried oregano, or Indian chat masala seasoning
Salt, to taste
It’s Papad Nachos Recipe time
First mix together onion, tomatoes, garlic, red chilli powder, oregano and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add the lime juice and mix everything well.
Spread this Salsa over the roasted papads.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and grill in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes just till the cheese melts.
Sprinkle coriander or parsley leaves, sprinkle the Indian chat masala seasoning and serve immediately.
