White Chocolate Easter Eggs & Coconut Nest Recipe

White Chocolate Easter Eggs Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dry Milk Powder
  • 2 cups of White Chocolate
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Ganache
  • ¼ tbsp of Pride of India Cinnamon Bark Whole
  • 1 cup of Pride of India Whole Brown Flax Seeds

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate and add milk powder.
  2. Crush cinnamon whole and add it to the mix. Blend it well.
  3. Make oval-shaped balls and freeze them for 5mins.
  4. Dip the balls in white chocolate ganache. Sprinkle some flax seeds over it and keep it in the freezer for 10 mins.  

Coconut Nest Recipe

Coconut Nest Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Pride of India Coconut flour
  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ tbsp Pride of India Black salt
  • 2/3 cup Pride of India Coconut Sugar
  • ½ tbsp of Pride of India Red Royal Quinoa
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extracts

Instructions

  1. Soak red royal quinoa in water for 15-20 mins. Rinse thoroughly and drain water.
  2. Mix shredded coconut, coconut flour & coconut sugar, black salt, egg whites, red quinoa & vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop 1 ½ tbsp of the mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, keeping them 2’’ apart. Use a rounded spoon to make a dent in the center.
  4. Bake in a preheated 325 degrees oven for 20 mins until the edges & the bottom turn brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and cool it completely.
  6. Place the White Chocolate Easter Eggs on it and enjoy the Easter
