WHAT YOU NEED
1 medium carrot
1/3 cup oats
14-ounce canIndian Whole Dark Kidney Beans(drained)
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 onion
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper (diced small)
1 egg
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoonOrganic Garlic Fine Ground
HOW TO MAKE
Grate the carrot in a food processor.
Add oats and kidney beans.
Add the other ingredients and process until well combined.
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 45 mins.
Form into 4-6 patties.
Put the patties on a greased baking sheet and bake each side in the oven for 5-6 mins.
Serve on rolls with your favourite toppings!
