1.33 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
4 tsp sesame oil
2 celery ribs
1 red pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup peanuts
2 green onions
Add sesame oil to a pan and add chicken, garlic powder and ginger. Cook for 5-7 mins. Keep it aside.
Add the remaining sesame oil to the pan. Add celery and red pepper. Cook for 5-7 mins.
Meanwhile mix together the soy sauce, honey and pepper.
Add the chicken to the pan and add the stir fry sauce and peanuts. Cook for 2-3 mins and let it rest.
Garnish with green onions.
Cook the brown rice and serve together.
